All timbers are tanalised treated (apart from kickboards) to eradicate fungal decay and insect attack.
Erecting - Erecting and bolting down on your prepared single course of bricks are included in our prices.
Height - Height to eaves 82(2500mm), overall height to ridge 13(3962mm) when erected on a single course of brick.
Framing - 2(50mm) x 4(100mm) nominal tanalised CLS prepared selected graded timber with rounded edges spaced at approximately 24(600mm) centres.
Cladding - 3/4(18mm) x 6(150mm) finished tanalised treated shiplap from selected timber.
Steel Brackets - Plated steel support brackets are fitted to all studwork and baseplates giving maximum strength to kickboards and shiplap panels.
Roof Purlins - 2(50mm) x 5(125mm) nominal, prepared and tanalised selected graded timber fixed into prefabricated galvanised steel joist hangers spaced at approximately 24(600mm) centres.
Roof Cladding - Black Onduline roofing fixed over roof lining into purlins with 75mm coloured capped annular fixings.
Ventilation - Two louvered ventilators to each gable end 24(610mm) x 36(914mm).
Kickboard - 3/4(18mm) OS board lining to eaves to all loose boxes. Tackrooms 12mm OS board lining to eaves.
Tack Room Security - Tack rooms are fitted with ceiling at eaves height.
Tack Room Doors - Are also plyboard lined to rear of door for extra security.
Rear Top Stable Doors - Full framed ledge & brace top stable door, tanalised shiplap cladding, internally lined with plyboard with 24(610mm) galvanised heavy duty tee hinges with galvanised shoot bolt.
Steel Plate - Galvanised steel anti-weave plate is fitted below the rear top doors to offer protection to cladding.
Guttering - 4(100mm) black half round gutters with downpipes are fitted to sides.
Bolting Down - 1/2(12mm) x 7(185mm) zinc coated expansion bolts are fixed through the baseplate, then the single brick course and into the concrete to help prevent the building moving from strong winds and livestock. Bolts are spaced 36(914mm) centres. (3 bolts per 12 wall).
Gable Ends - Gable ends are finished with 1(25mm) x 6(150mm) tanalised, prepared, selected timber with ornate central point.
Bargeboards - Front bargeboards and cover strips are finished with 1/2(12mm) tanalised, prepared, selected timber.
Rainwater Skirt - uPVC fitted behind the cladding which overhangs the brick course preventing water ingress from the outside penetrating to the unit floor.
Internal Walls - Front walls are tanalised nominal framing 2x 4(50x100mm), 1/2(12mm) tanalised shiplap cladding to eaves, galvanised steel grille 48(1219mm) x 36(914mm). Dividing walls are made from tanalised nominal framing 2x 4(50x100mm) clad with 3/4(18mm) OS board to eaves and incorporate a galvanised steel talk hole 48(1219mm) x 36(914mm).
Stable Doors - Galvanised steel framed lower stable door infilled with 25mm tanalised rebated cladding. 6(150mm) anti-chew strip to top of the door with galvanised adjustable hinges, shootbolt and kickover latch.
Chewstrip - Galvanised steel anti-chewstrips are fitted to the full aperture of our stable doors.
Barn Doors - Pair fitted to gable end 42(1067mm) x 90(2286mm). Full framed ledge & brace, 1(25mm) tanalised rebated cladding with 24(610mm) galvanised heavy duty tee hinges, 18(457mm) drop bolt, 8(200mm) top bolt and 8(200mm) shoot bolt.
Valance - Tanalised clad valance fitted above barn doors to protect against rainwater.
