Timber building features
Timber Buildings Roof Finish - For the last decade we have used a superior French product called Onduline for our timber building roofing. Onduline comes in black as standard but is also available in red, green and brown. We can also modify our timber building designs to take cedar shingle, slate, clay, felt tiles or felt.
Timbers - Apart from OS board and ply, all our timber is Tanalised C.C. treated to give complete protection against decay and insect attack. Unlike brush-on products that have to be applied regularly C.C. pressure treated timber needs no further maintenance to top up its preservative properties.
Timber Buildings Wall Lining & Roof Lights - Our timber building walls are lined internally with coated waterproofing and vapour controlled membranes. Your contents will stay dry and secure all year round. What's more our Onduline blue tinted roof lights provide UV protection and extra light.
Timber Buildings Rainwater Skirt - All of our timber buildings are fitted with a unique rainwater skirt, fitted behind the shiplap cladding and extending over the bricks. This prevents rain from penetrating to the floor.
Timber Doors - Traditional joinery made timber doors are standard. As an optional extra we can also fit georgian style windows & doors and up and over doors on garages.
